Who We Serve
We manage testing programs across Washington State for any industry where employee safety and regulatory compliance matter.
FMCSA-regulated carriers, owner-operators, and hazmat fleets. We manage your DOT random pool, Clearinghouse queries, and Part 40-compliant collections so your drivers stay on the road and your program survives any audit.
Dealerships with service technicians, lot drivers, and delivery staff have high turnover and insurance carrier requirements. We build and maintain your drug-free workplace program and produce the documentation your carrier needs at renewal.
General contractors and specialty trades with DOT-regulated vehicles or jobsite drug-free workplace requirements. We manage both DOT and non-DOT programs under one relationship so your DER has one point of contact.
USCG-regulated vessel operators, charter operators, and port-based contractors on Puget Sound. We provide consortium enrollment and program administration for credentialed mariners and commercial vessel operations at the Port of Everett.
Agencies placing workers in CDL, manufacturing, warehousing, and trades roles. We coordinate pre-employment testing at the speed your placements require and manage ongoing random programs for safety-sensitive positions.
Production facilities and distribution operations with forklift operators, machine operators, and safety-sensitive production roles. We coordinate all testing, results, and recordkeeping so your operations team stays focused on production.

Common questions from employers considering a C/TPA program. If your question is not here, call us directly at (425) 476-7197.
A Consortium/Third-Party Administrator manages your drug and alcohol testing program on your behalf. That includes setting up your policy, enrolling employees in a random pool, running random draws at the correct DOT rate, coordinating collections, managing FMCSA Clearinghouse queries, and ensuring your records are audit-ready. You hand us the program. We run it.
Employers subject to DOT regulations can manage their own program, but most do not have the time, staff, or regulatory expertise to do it correctly. A missed random draw, an incorrect Clearinghouse query, or a documentation gap can result in violations and fines. A C/TPA eliminates that risk for a fraction of what an internal compliance hire would cost.
Most collections are completed in 15 to 30 minutes on-site. We handle all paperwork, chain-of-custody documentation, and specimen packaging so your employee is back to work quickly.
As your C/TPA, Skyside coordinates result delivery to your designated employer representative (DER) through the MRO for DOT-regulated testing. We manage the full chain, from collection and lab routing through MRO review and reporting, so you have one contact for the entire process.
Yes. All DOT collections follow 49 CFR Part 40 procedures, including proper chain-of-custody documentation, observed and unobserved collection protocols where applicable, and temperature verification. Every collection is handled as if it will be audited.
If a specimen is rejected for any reason we will work with you to schedule a recollection promptly at no additional collection fee. Proper documentation of the discrepancy is maintained throughout.
Yes. We transition existing programs regularly. We review what you have, identify any gaps, update your documentation and random pool enrollment as needed, and take over management from there. Most transitions are completed within a few business days.
Skyside manages C/TPA programs for employers throughout Washington State and can coordinate collections nationally. Collections are fulfilled through qualified collector networks in your area. Contact us to discuss your location and program needs.

Our Promise
Every employer program we manage carries the same standard of care. Here is what you can count on from Skyside.
Every test, every draw, every Clearinghouse query is documented correctly. If a DOT auditor walks in, your program holds up. That is the standard we hold ourselves to on day one.
Questions, urgent testing needs, program changes: we respond same business day. You have a direct contact, not a ticket queue.
Every collection is handled with professionalism and respect regardless of the circumstances. One employee or a full crew. Confidential every time.
We confirm all program fees and collection costs before your account is set up. What we quote is what you pay. No hidden charges mid-program.
We are a Washington State C/TPA. When you call, you reach someone who knows your industry, knows the regulations, and is ready to help. Not a national call center.
About Skyside Compliance
Most employers in trucking, construction, and staffing know they need a drug testing program. What they often lack is a single point of contact who owns it for them, managing random draws, coordinating collections, tracking Clearinghouse queries, and making sure every test is documented and defensible.
That is what Skyside Compliance does. We are a Washington State C/TPA founded to give employers a compliance partner that actually shows up. Not a national call center routing your drivers to a clinic 40 minutes away.
Skyside is built for the business owner who does not have an HR department. For the fleet manager who cannot afford a DOT audit. For the staffing agency that needs a testing partner they can trust to get it right every time.
